The Phoenix 84 project will be created by Phoenix Yapi Construction Company in Antalya over a plot of 8,400 meters. The project consists of 6 buildings with 156 apartments, with 26 apartments in each building. The project provides 1+2, 1+3+4+4+4+4+apartments and duplex apartments with areas ranging from 151-250 square meters. The project also includes several social facilities such as a sports center, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an adult pool, a children's pool and children's play spaces. The project also includes a closed car park that can accommodate 138 cars and a 24 -hour monitoring system throughout the week.
