Fortis Sinanli Kadikoy

The Fortis Sinnley project will be established in the town of Kadikoy of the Asian Department of Istanbul, within the framework of the urban transformation project. The project is characterized by its location near the center of the town of Kadikoy, the metro stations, the metropus and the E-5 highway. The project apartments are distinguished by their looks on the sea, islands and half of the historical island. The project, along with apartments, also includes commercial units. Besides, the rising project includes a building hotel design for commercial offices as well. Rashid Sinnley, Chairman of the Sinnoli Yapi Construction Company, mentioned the existence of 649 right ownership of the project and that it was agreed with everyone within the framework of the urban transformation project. He added that the project area is 30,000 square meters, and that the construction area is 159,000 square meters. Rashid Sinnley also explained the allocation of 57% of the project to owners of ownership and that the investment amount used in the project is 300 million TL. Sinnley also stated that the project won 500 requests during the pre -sale phase, expected to turn at least half of these requests into a real purchase. •
