The Sur Yabi Construction Company launches the largest Residanus project and a luxury shopping center in the state of Bursa under the name "Risids brand". The rising project consists of a capital of 1.3 billion Turkish liras, which includes Residanus and a shopping center of apartments overlooking the Olodag Mountain. While the Rizids Rising brand project in the town of Niluver is characterized by its location near the main road, Izmir Road, the Arena Crocodile Stadium, the Hodfindigar Park and public transportation. The project is also located at a point close to the Metro Portrai stations and public transport party stations that facilitate transportation between customers ’homes and their workplaces.
