The Tam 8 rising project in the Gunishley region of the town of Baggharar is attracting its boutique design. The project apartments are designed with the number of rooms 1+2 and 1+3 while the project does not include small apartments such as 0+1 and 1+1. The project rises at a point adjacent to the Metro Yeni station directly. It is expected that the rental revenues of apartments 1+2 in the project will start from 1500-1700 Turkish liras per month. In addition to the apartments, the project includes 2 commercial units as well.
