Liva Konaklari

The Leva Conclary rising project in the Bustan Pashi neighborhood of the town of Yosce Eur in the state of Malatia brings together apartments, commercial offices and the shopping center under one roof. The project is characterized by its location, which is 100 meters away from Ankara-Malatia, and adjacent to primary and preparatory schools, kindergartens and hospitals. 14,000 square meters of the project is allocated for green spaces. The project includes 39 stores who provide their services under the name of Liva. The stores attached to a warehouse ranges between 27-700 square meters. The shopping center also includes closed and open shopping spaces, entertainment centers and arts and food centers.
